Frontier Oceanside Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack sealing, parking lot striping, driveway paving, pothole repair, grading and excavation, drainage solutions, and related services in Oceanside, CA and surrounding areas.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and material supply. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Frontier Oceanside Asphalt Paving are based on information available at the time of assessment, including the size, condition, and accessibility of the work area. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if additional work is discovered once the job has started, or if material costs change significantly before work begins. We will notify you of any material change in scope or cost before proceeding with work beyond what was quoted.
Verbal estimates are not binding. Only written estimates signed by both parties constitute a binding agreement for the scope and price of work.
Once a job is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Jobs cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be stated in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule any job due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest available date.
Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. For larger commercial or multi-phase projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due at milestones specified in the agreement.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law in California.
All prices are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
You agree to provide accurate information about the work site, including any underground utilities, drainage systems, or obstructions that may affect the work. It is your responsibility to contact your local utility notification service (such as 811 in California) before excavation or grading work begins, unless we have agreed in writing to do so on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring the work area is clear of vehicles, equipment, and personal property before our crew arrives on the scheduled date. Failure to provide clear site access may result in rescheduling and any associated fees.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated in your written agreement. If no warranty is stated, work is provided "as is." Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, soil movement, tree roots, improper use, heavy equipment beyond normal residential or commercial traffic, or failure to follow recommended maintenance instructions provided at job completion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN A SIGNED WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier Oceanside Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a specific service job shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that job.

If direct resolution is not possible, any dispute relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Oceanside, California, under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration provider, unless the amount in dispute qualifies for small claims court in California.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration under Section 9 shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
